    Cerebral Palsy is a condition which happens at birth, i.e. lack of oxygen to the brain. When Lollie was born, the Umbilical cord wrapped around her throat for 10 seconds before it was prised off. Those 10 seconds, starved oxygen to her brain and put her into a Cerebral Palsic condition. It's for life btw, no cure..

    My best mates youngest daughter was also starved of oxygen at birth though not in the same manner, can't go into too
    much detail. Put it this way if they had enough evidence (concrete). They would have sued without a doubt.

    She is CP now.
