I think the expansion (of the stadium) is only if we: get to and stay in the prem for 1 season. The training facs are relying on a suitable area. I'm not sure if they've found one but are waiting for clearance or they're still looking.

It is only the rules that you have to change kit if there is a clash of colours. So as the weeds play in white there was nothing to say we could not wear our normal home kit, which we did. It had nothing to do with ditching the blue.
You do see some prem teams change when there is no clash, but that is to encourage travelling fans to buy the other jerseys.

Lucky omen my arse. <laugh> Nothing to do with the quality of this current squad or the Malky factor or course.
Why don't we play in blue shirts with red shorts then? Will be interesting to see what ammendments are made to the badge.

Fantastic team performance again Saturday. Have to swallow my pride too and doff my hat to our new striker. <ok>

Progress with the £100m investment is being hampered by Sam's intransigence in accepting the owner's offers to pay off much of the debt. Sam is waiting on another £5m to be added to his pot if we get promoted.

I was surprised by the recent spate of so called 'News' articles regarding the langston loan note saga. It was all titled to be pro-Sam, and I, and a lot of others beleive it was instigated by Sam through his acolytes to stir the pot.
This makes me wonder. If he is waiting for the extra 5 Million that Prem footie would bring why is he trying to get it all brought up now? What is his motive. If, as he declares, loves the club and only has it's best interest at heart, why didn't he accept one of the previous offers and walk away. Instead he keeps moving the goal posts.
VT clearly stated he would transfer all the loans to equity "when the problem of the Langston debt has been finally resolved".
A good thing is that the maximum amount liable if Sam was to get his way completely has already been factored into the club debt, including £9 million from the Stadium naming rights, which of course wouldn't come out of the club money at all but from the revenue raised from the sponsor.
Of course if the naming rights don't reach that figure Sam only gets what it does raise.
I wonder if we'll see the rights being sold to some company for £1 million for 1 year? That would upset him wouldn't it?

I would like to see us accept a one year stadium naming rights deal for 50p just to f**k off that leech who still claims to love the club.
