So what games are you looking forward to next season? For me I only get a Saturday off every 4 weeks so I'm hoping its for one of these. Yeovil Portsmouth Plymouth Luton Barnet
League cup 1st round against a seeded club. Be a massive difference compared to games like against Alfreton Also anyone who we can beat
Strange that we got relegated in the last game of the season which was the 1st time we entered the relegation zone and we got promoted in the last game of the season in a game we wasnt in front in until the last kick of the game!
Yeovil, Portsmouth, Oxford, Wycombe, Plymouth, Exeter, Newport. And I'm looking forward to seeing who'll we'll get in the semi final of the FA Cup!
I wouldn't mind coming to yours to see Wycombe as i'm only down the road. My problem is my legs are buggered so i'm disabled, i was wondering if there's any part of the ground without loads of steps? If not i'll have to pass.
Are you in a wheelchair or are you able to walk? Our not fit for purpose stadium had an area for wheelchair users but I have no idea if away fans can use it? They must do I guess as could get done for discrimination?? If you can walk, behind the goal is a seated area for away fans if that is of any use to you? Either way, whenever you are due to face us at the Mem, if you are up for going then speak to your club about it. Maybe speak to our club too to see what is available for your needs
I only did the conference because im sure 99% of us havent heard of the team/places/grounds in that league! We know what all of league 2 is about and the stadiums. Feel free to do it mate if you like but I wasnt planning on doing it
Cheers mate, i have to walk on crutches because a surgeon at Yeovil hospital ruined my knee so steps are too difficult for me and bloody painful no matter how much Thatchers Gold i've drunk.
You can see in this pic the segregation net, The left side of the net is part of the away end. As you can see its seating. please log in to view this image It where all the people are sitting basically... please log in to view this image There is steps in that stand to get to your row but they are ok.... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Thanks for that mate it's much appreciated. I'll be travelling with some of my gas mates so they'll help me out, if we win though the buggers will probably leave me there.
Seats will cost more than the terracing mind. But its rare the away side fills up the seating, especially if they are poorly supported so you should be just fine
I'm really looking forward to all the games, The away games at Hartlepool, Carlisle and York will be handy for me. I took my eldest boy to Wembley (His first game ever) and he loved every minute of it. Living up here Newcastle is our closest/local club (plus a few Northern league sides) and he does have a shirt ect but now he is a Gashead for life. When we got back from Wembley the first thing he asked for was Goodnight Irene to be put on his Ipod!
