Is it really all down to the defence?

    Are the midfield creating enough?

    Is Chopra the man?

Time now. We have got a decent set of players. Chopra is the kind of player who will do sod all for a whole game and then pop up and score. What we don't want is to keep chopping and changing like Keane did and reacting to results. I think we have a decent backline now.

No-one thought we would go up this season - but finally we have a side to build on.

You're never going to win every game, now it's just a case of giving everyone support and time.

Just ONE shot on target and that was in the 92nd minute!

Coventry, Middlesboro & West Ham just where the points coming from?

Think we should use Kennedy as a defensive mid and tell him he's not allowed to cross the half way line. Put three central defenders behind him and park a bus on the goal line. The rest can run about and play the ball sideways. At least we could get a draw.

Just why the **** did we start with FOUR central midfielders again?

It defies belief! We all knew Keane didn't have a ****ing clue I am beginning to think that this guy hasn't got one either!

Spanish - I think you are being harsh on your team

You were beaten by a good Blackpool team that have not suffered a hangover following relegation - on their home pitch! Not many teams are going to go to there and get a point let alone 3.

If it's any consolation lads, I've got Blackpool in the fun league, so at least you've made ME happy today!

Why indeed JWM. I want to see Edwards on the wing again.

You should know by now, the Championship is no easy place to play and you are going to get games like this.
We had some last season (away at Donny is a good example). Just need to live with it.

Most of you realize you are not likely to be in promotion contention this season so not much point in getting too upset with results like this. There will be more to come and you know it, deep down but don't want to admit it.

This is just a complete carbon copy of what Keane did when he first took over. He ripped the guts out of the squad without having a clue how to put it together again. How any professional football club can not have one proper recognised right back on their books is just plain stupid. All our opponents know we haven't got a proper right sided defender and so they exploit that weakness. The spine of the team is just too powder puff with no energy or pace in midfield. Our strikers are often left isolated up front and our wing play is non existent. Jewell has had a whole summer to get in decent players that aren't past it and tbh he has just brought in more of the same dross that Keane did. We are going to really struggle again this year.

    Never mind keep the faith!

    I thank you

It's only because I have no real hatred towards Town that I can actually try to help to put things in to perspective. Sometimes it's easier looking in from the outside <ok>

And I don't normally get too carried away with the result either Thai but the starting eleven and subs bench did piss me off today.
I hope PJ doesn't freeze Lee Martin out of the team, he's been ok so far this year. He has to learn a bit of discipline and not to always be so selfish but at least he brings some creativity to the team. If Martin doesn't return I want to see either Carson or Edwards right wing and Cresswell left with Kennedy behind him.

I thought it wouldn't be too long before the "Time to gel" line gets used!

They are supposed to be professional footballers for christs sake not bloody hair stylists! <ok>

What does it say about things at our club when we keep substituting our captain. If we didn't let so many contracts run down we wouldn't have to buy a whole new team and go through the gelling bullshit again. We need to keep our players together and add one or two at a time, not wholesale changes every two years.

And still not one recognised Right Back at the club!

Its beyond belief that Jewell thinks that Edwards is a decent Right Back.
