Next to our avatar things or below them there are a few figures points, rep power/points/level and posts, well I know what the posts bit is, even i`m not that dim but the others...what do they mean and how are the aquired.
all hell will no doubt provide a comprehensive explanation, but it appears points accumulate from postings, writing new articles, making friends and getting articles rated. this pushes you through the levels dont know about rep power, or my mine is 1. im devestated, i thought i had much more rep than that.
you get points for posts, you get points for starting a thread (the more popular it is the more points you get) look on 'my profile' for a breakdown of points. rep points are gathered by other people giving you points for your post (see the star sign at bottom of post box) you can find who has given you rep points but it is not easy
