League One Team of the Year:
Wesley Foderingham (Swindon), Simon Francis (Bournemouth), Robert Jones (Doncaster), Harry Maguire (Sheffield United), Charlie Daniels (Bournemouth), Matthew Ritchie (Bournemouth), Luke Murphy (Crewe), Alan Judge (Notts County), David Cotterill (Doncaster), Patrick Madden (Yeovil), Leon Clarke (Coventry).

This was at PFA bash last night......what do you all think?
Some good players, quite a few average. Never saw Swindon stopper, was he better than Weale?

.....and Jamie Cureton was in the Div 2 side:emoticon-0141-whew:!

Where's Morgan? Surely his goal scoring antics are worthy of the list...

These are all voted for around the turn of the year and players always tend to vote for "a name", hence a few of the above and Jamie Cureton (Also add Sharps to that in previous seasons). Weale would have been the only Shrewsbury contender but having seen Foderingham in the play-offs, you cannot argue against his choice.

Pleased to see Cotterill in there but I think Ritchie is over-rated. The Orient winger (Dean Cox) gave us a real chasing when they played us last and I would also think Grigg of Walsall is a better player than Clarke and possibly Brandy of Walsall should be in as well.

Doesn't seem a very balanced team with 3 wingers!

Keep up with the latest footballing tactics will you Lenny! A central winger is the latest essential formation brought over from the Galapagos football league.
