"New man behind Watford FC, Laurance Bassini cancels today's meeting with supporters trust. No alternative date set."

What did you really expect. He has been pretty secretive so far so cancelling a meeting with people who will ask questions is par for the course.

Okay, so apparently he was prepared to meet on a 1 to 1 with Trust Chairman Graham Sterry but the Trust always said the meeting should be with the full board. Double hmmpfh!

Sterrys an idiot anyway ,so wouldnt have asked cutting questions ,the trust is little more than a lap dog looking for a new master!

It is a great shame that the supporters trust is not a vehicle that gets much good said about it. I think that it has become a small exclusive club rather than something that reaches out to the mass of fans.

I really cannot think that if I were Mr B and something came up that needed my attention I would get too bothered about putting the meeting off. It doesn't look good from a PR point of view, but probably better than the trust reporting that he told us to mind our own business when we asked about money.

I would say that's not a good start. The ball is in Larry's court to re-arrange the meeting (quickly). After all its not clear what else Larry does with his time??????

I have big doubts about Bazinin, it would be different if there was some good news about him, but its all bad - except for one of his Grannies who said "its very nice of him to invite me onto the board, I don't know what he wants me to do, but I don't know anything about football".

The basket case which is Blackburn Rovers is the model of how "non football people" can blunder in and mess up a club. Let's hope they prove me wrong.

Not one positive thing has come out about Baz. I know it makes no difference now as it is all signed sealed and delivered but boy do you get the feeling we have been screwed?

Oh - one positive thing - about the club anyway is that 7 new youngsters have been admitted to the school so it implies there are no current plans to harm the Academy
