Then clothes and stuff too.

 

I Invited two workmates for Christmas dinner a Cuban dude and an Argentinian girl, my flatmate and 3 kids loads of booze and Latino music eating about 10pm.

I got Sunday and weekday Missals, new boots, earrings, chocolates, obligatory Cellic calendar, smellies n'at.

 

It didn`t show up on my OCADO bill

 

A sega megadrive, Mortal Kombat and sensi world of soccer. Oh and ****ing claes.

 

My most notable gift was one of those turntables that you can plug into your computer to digitize all yer vinyl ... which I think was LadyRLs way of saying " stop spending money on duplicates of records you already have ".

 

I got a selection of knives, including a cleaver.

 

That`s a choice gift, all good homes should have a proper selection of knives. It sounds like - as has on occasion happened to me - that you have been at a social gathering in an otherwise apparently well appointed house, asked the host where you might find their lime knife for the preparation of your beverage, only to be met with blank stares or general awkwardness.
