No football really sucks. With my ongoing illness I'm in one of the high risk groups so have spent my time cleaning and disinfecting the whole bungalow. My grandaughters school in Henley has been shut down today for a deep clean after a case of the virus was discovered there,so I guess itl be back to more cleaning at home again :emoticon-0121-angry

It is rubbish isn't it. We won't be allowed out soon either. I know getting old is a bit like going back to your childhood but that one is taking the piss. I'm going to try to get arrested if they make not going out the law. You get free heating, free food, your own room, a big colour tele and no bills. I doubt at my age I would be worried in the shower so it's win win win. Oh did I mention medical treatment where necessary.........................if it works out I might do it every winter.

Macron has put his foot down here. It's now gone 12.00 so nobody can go out without an attestation stating where they are going and for what reason. The form to be signed is downloadable and we have to tick one of 5 reasons for leaving our residence and sign and date it. Police are out and anyone stopped without the attestation will be punished (at the moment I'm not sure how). This applies for the next 30 days

Oh bollox i just found out i'm in an at risk group after having 2 strokes in the last 2 years <yikes> I thought it was only people with breathing problems and the elderly with underlying health problems at risk. <doh>
Oh well i've got 3 bottles of gin with plenty of tonic, bitter lemon and ice so i should be okay for a while in my self isolation <laugh><laugh>

Part of my illness is I have an autoimmune disease so I'm very high risk and it wont be able to fight it so I'm definitely on lockdown, just hope copious ammounts of rum will help keep me safe . Have enough rum in stock to open a pub <laugh> so for 12 weeks I should be alright .take care everyone <cheers>

My favourite alcohol (for medicinal purposes only of course :emoticon-0127-lipss) is Hortus Rhubarb and Ginger Gin liqueur available from Lidl, and only £9.99 a bottle. Have stocked up for a lengthy self isolation period and intravenous intake :emoticon-0148-yes:

They are banking on it phil. If you don't catch something terrible then they hope you will die of boredom and if a couple then kill each other before it's ended. They will save a fortune on pensions and benefits to keep old ones in care homes when they can't afford the rent themselves. Not to mention a fortune in bus fares from the pass. This French routine is a bit far isn't it. The only chit I ever had to get to go out was one from the Missus when I was younger. It was just safer to do it then.
