Well they can't make the resort any worse than it already is, we live less than an hour away and wild horses wouldn't drag me there.
    Sh1thole springs to mind.

When I parked the car for the cup game last season the rozzers we already arresting somebody with no top on in the street behind the car park, nowt to do with the match, just 'business as usual'. We wandered down the adjacent street and there must have been about a dozen houses with their windows blagged out. ****ing awful place Blackpool.

I remember going the weekend when covid struck and the games were called off, never been since the early 90’s and it is an absolute dump now, run down, dirty, needs a major revamp to bring it out of the early 1900’s

Me also, I cant go into too much detail, but my marra was driving through the illuminations in a Triumph Vitesse, I was entertaining a woman in the back of the car at the time, she was from Leeds and she was hungry :)

Like a lot of places , sacrificing the family appeal in favour of collecting the younger generation “ happy hour “ and party time buck, making alcohol the focus , spoilt it.

I'd hate to be security on the Manchester pub that weekend, ffs man.

I once did two weeks on the door at the Rex Hotel, Whitley Bay, as a favour to a mate ...

... some mate, I didn't know it was Scottish Fortnight, he'd told me there were staff shortages <doh>
