Spicy hummus and brie sandwich. I'm ashamed to say it's not home-made hummus.

I'm dining at Nottingham's Peachy Keen restaurant. It's an all-you-can-eat place and has a wide variety of world foods, all of which are very nice.

This evening I am the special guest at a local history club; I'll be talking about manorial rolls and their importance in how we judge the social conditions of the Medieval age.

I use Runkeeper. Me and her have the same iTunes account and she downloaded it and it automatically installs on my phone.

Does big Senga go out running?

You have my deepest condolences, Beale. No one should be forced to eat such bollocks. :emoticon-0119-puke:
