    I've had problems too, the pages are taking ages to load and when they do they are in basic text format. Seems ok atm, perhaps there is site maintainance.

    I've been having non-loading issues. Takes ages and then says no, then I'll get two pages loaded no problem before it goes off again for 10 minutes or so.

    Mick thinks the site is under some sort of attack, there's plenty of spare capacity on the server and this problems shouldn't be happening.

    I was having problems last night. Pages weren't loading at all so I gave up trying.

    Seems OK this morning though but no real movement on the Leeds boards so guess everybody else struggled too.

    Real "piss off" last night! I was looking forward to the chat after that epic game yesterday. more of a piss off was the coverage of the game on TFLS, what a pile of crap the BEEB are!!!!

    I managed to get on fine last night just assumed no one could be arsed or everyone was out in reading. They do have some serious fanny amongst their ranks after all :)

    It seemed to improve just after 1.00 am this morning and still seems OK now but all last night it was oops can't display web page .......

    The site has been attacked several times tonight from thousands of different connections (proper DDOS) - and quite frankly we are far too small an organisation to do anything about it. Professionally, I work for a company now who's whole business is online, and we spend about 100k per year on similar protection to prevent similar attacks - which of course not606 could never afford for this site.

    It seems that JA606 has been suffering similar attacks, you'd think people could find more constructive ways to pass their time, than cocking-up a football message boards.

    There's several versions of 606 that came about after the BBC shut their site, this one's the biggest, but there's also JA606, new-606 and 606v2.
