1. Tactics need sorting - this includes players in correct positions etc. 2. Identify players who will improve the squad/team as a whole and get em in - hand in hand with youth development/scouting network. 3. Get the team playing with [ride, [assion and hopefully a degree of flair as thats when we look like we are going to win and this should help us get enough points for safety. Not much too ask but its achievable.
