so, in his first press conference, the second question he gets is 'how will you deal with the terry ferdinand saga?'. they even forced him to clarify his views on apartheid because he happened to play in south africa for 2 years in the 70's. why wasnt it harry, why wasnt it harry? STFU, how disrespectful is that to pose those questions in the prescence of the manager who they have hired. and thanks to the chequebook manager harry having a tonne of arselickers in the media (martin samuel, for example, who has his tongue firmly welded to redknapps arse), despicable scumbags like the Sun run a front page like this, mocking his slight speech impediment, no doubt the reason it was run was to get publicity, but i hope noone on here would buy the rag. http://www.whoateallthepies.tv/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Sun-Hodgson-1.jpeg they also caused a bit of controversy when pearce was put in temporary charge, his welcome from the same scumbags being that they dug up a story of him making a racist comment to a player in the early 90's, which he apologised for at the time and was forced to do so around 18 years later. they must be the only media in the world to set out to demean their manager of their national team from the word go. they want the manager to fail. pathetic. i saw a comment recently 'roy hodgson is a broadsheet manager in a tabloid world' , that pretty much sums the sitation up.......
An absolute disgrace but nothing more than you can expect from that piece of trash. I wouldn't even wipe my arse with that scummy publication. They are the masters of gutter press and are the cliche "Why let the truth get in the way of a good story". This red top rag should've gone along with the News of the World.
What? The Sun! Great paper, lovely photos, they love it in Liverpool. Wish it had more long words though as a child could read it from cover to cover in four minutes - or at least the bits worth reading.
Disgraceful way to treat the new England manager. Even Talksport are saying he must be given a chance.
Saw one of the England supporters club members giving a interview he said something along the lines of " we will support any england manager , and there is one thing Roy has going for him at least expectations will be lower with him in charge " nearly fell off my chair laughing
Oh and bar a dodgy fat russian linesmans decision they wouldnt have won anything anyway, success has eluded the mighty England for some time now, and its the Press that puts all the pressure and builds up all the expectation, which is sad.
I'm more against the fact that a piece of crap like the Sun has the balls to call itself a newspaper. It's not even fit to wipe my arse or wrap me chips in. Hope I never get those two mixed up!
