Did you sign Steve Wood from Reading or did they get him from you?

About that time one of the pubs in New Cross me and my mates used to frequent on occasions was the Hatcham Arms and after a game one night they had a benefit night to send a local kid to America for a operation, Millwall promised to send a couple of players along with some stuff to raffle/auction to help raise funds, Millwall had won that day and all of my crowd were lagging.
Eventually the door opened and in walked Dave Thompson we all burst into song "One Cascarino theres only one Cascarino, one Casca......rrriiiiinnnooooo!!!", then Steve Anthrobus appeared and we started the "Chicken George" song, there faces were a picture until they realised we were just a bunch of pisstakers
