Amazing morning playing footy at the Stadium of Light yesterday! My team (the black and yellows) won 5-4! Before this the victories against Newcastle were my favourite times but this leaves them behind: please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image Home dressing room: please log in to view this image (Me with the nose on the left! in the away dressing room) please log in to view this image Best £100 I've ever spent bar none! Absolutely loved every second
We should have all went along to boo and hiss, his every misplaced pass. Give him the proper Stadium Of Light experience
Nah man - photo's were an hour before kick off - it filled up niocely - we had 28-40.... people there!! (Actually there were a couple of hundred but still!)
Nice one Marcus, glad you had a great day out pal. I am a bit surprised you've not mentioned the dodgy ref decisions though.... "If that was Cattermole he'd have been sent off".
28-40 supporters that's more than the last orders pub, in Redhouse get on match day !. Must be great to play there with 48,000 though I would play for no money. When is the beyonce concert by the way.
Thing is we weren't red and white. The oppo were so I knew we'd get the ref decisions... That and the fact that he's an apprentice for our captain!! Fast track one though on the pl list for the future apparently. Was amazing. We turned up at 8:30 and were shown to th dressing rooms then allowed out onto the pitch once we got changed. Had a kick about and practice pens as it went to penalties if it was level at full time! Score a couple of pm's in the south stand but none of th goals in the game. Was playing full back so didn't get forward much. Put one great cross in which our centre forward just couldn't get to! But they broke up the other end and nearly scored because I was out of position!! (I'm 40! I wasn't going to be busting a gut to get back that quick!!)
Couldn't do nowt but enjoy that experience Marcus. If I was you I would get the boots framed without cleaning them and never wash the shirt again. Unless the wife wears it in bed!
1) So it was a ****e cross, then ! 2) ****e positional sense ! 3) Lazy bastard ! You were rubbish, weren't you You obviously had a great time, Marc, and a few of us might be a little bit jealous . . . . not me, mind
