Simple: Martin O'Neill at Sunderland, same players as Bruce, yet 10 points from 5 games and as Sunderland fans have stated, there is a new dynamic atmosphere at the Stadium of Light and it shows on the teams performances.
We don't need the greatest manager on this planet, we need a good man manager who knows how to get the best out of the quality of players he has. Most decent managers bring in their own backroom team who know each other really well and get on with the job they are asked to do, a mass clear out at Leeds is now required.

Completely agree there - Grayson does not posses the required man management skills to be a top Manager yet... We'll probably win against Burnley and he'll stay longer and f**k us up even more - I do think we need an overhaul of the backroom staff and get in a experienced defence coach.

Who would want to be Manager at Leeds UTD?
