This is the second time this ***hole has turned us down, as he was about to sign for us a few years back, but did a complete u-turn and joined Southampton instead. Reminds me a bit of Michael Brown. We tried to sign him 2 or 3 times in the last 7 years, but always turned us down, only for him to sign for us when he was an old, past it cart horse when not even Portsmouth wanted to keep hold of him.

Tommy Was that the start of the loan deal? Puncheon always starts on fire but boils down. I know a lot of saints fans that were glad to see the back of him when he was loaned out & appartently he is a bit of a knob of the pitch.
Simon, why did we need another winger? We've already got Snoddy, Sam, Nunez, & at a stretch White. What we need is a RB & arguably a LB. Lichaj before his injury would have been ideal as he can play on both sides of defence. Not really sure where else we need strengthening especially as Becchio should be back soon to sharpen up the attack. Maybe we'll get another forward on a short loan deal so SG doesn't have to rush Becchio back.
Agreed, Puncheon has a bad attitude, I'm just bitter that he has shown us up twice. Who does he think he is ?
We all wanted Jackett to get Punch quality player thats why Walknockers snapped him up we would have been sick as parrots had he gone to Leeds
