So far the WFC dream team consists of:

    GK : TC
    RB : Gibbs
    CB : J Mac
    CB : Bolton
    LB : Robbo
    LM : Barnes
    CM : L Taylor

The other CM vote was a tie between Jono & Nielsen, so the winner will be decided on this thread, just write AN or RJ to register your vote, comments on why are welcome!

Secondly I have the following candiidates for RM / RW, is there anyone missing ? I dont think I have forgotten anyone who will make a difference but let me know if I have missed your fave off?

    Tommy Smith
    Ashley Young
    Nigel Callaghan
    Stewart Scullion
    Tom Cleverley

are the main 5 I can see!

I can add in Cowie & Ardley if you want to make the numbers up, if not we can go with the 5 as above?

Its going to get even more interesting when we get to the Centre Forwards, one clear winner but I think second place may get a little bit contentious! I think we are going to have to add super subs in at the end :azn:

AN - simply a class act, well above Johnno.

Personally I can't see any need to pad out that list - going to be hard enough as it is!

Only one clear winner for Centre Forwards?? This may be more contentious than you think - I'm having trouble deciding between four already for the obvious clear winner!

I agree BB, AN for me too, 2 - 0 to AN ... Any RJ fans out there?

For CFs I see one outright winner and I would have big money on him being out in front when the poll is done! but for the other centre forward spot I am split between 3 players that I would probably put in my top 10 players for WFC regardless of position!

RJ for me. Nielson was a better player but Johnson eptomised Watford while he was with us, could have been a proper legend if it wasn't for that knee injury.

Hockdude's right about RJ but answer this: if hypothetically AN & RJ were exactly the same age and just as fit as each other, who would you pick? I think you have to go for the technically superior player.
    So AN for me.
