The title of this thread implies that the transfer is finalised - done and dusted... How do you get this from the link you've posted??? All it says is what we've heard already from other sources - Jemal is ON THE POINT of signing, subject to work permit. Nothing new, I'm afraid.
but its on the internet, it MUST be true. and once the work experience nipper at the Echo (the only one there who can use google) has copied and pasted the story to one of the senior football reporters there, who will then post it under his name in the paper or online... it's a iron-clad guaranteed fact.
