It's a non-issue really. Sunderland and Brighton both got warnings and a measly fine for the same thing, so I'd expect the punishment to be no more than that.
 
I'm a bit shocked that the FA have got this done so quickly. Given it happened almost a year ago I wouldn't have expected to have acted on this until about 2019 really.

Straw poll - what's faster.. waiting for the NHS to give anyone some healthcare, or the FA acting on anything?
 
The only punishment for this is 1 year exclusion from Champions League and the 5th place team to take their place.
