Josh, no problem with showing support, just not blindly. Bates is starting to strangle the life out of us. Another season condemned to the Championship...forget promotion. because i think he is a good manager and i dont judge players on a couple games by the way Brown could be that level headed bit of experience we need. Most likely not to but still, one can hope
Josh why do you think Grayson is a good manager at this level? Played 5 and only 4 points with 2 own goals and 3 red cards And befor you say we have been unlucky only 8 wins in 22 games since x mas says he is not a good manager at this level.

In Paynter and O'Dea, Josh thinks Grayson has signed the worst two professional footballers ever. He also continually questions his tactics. Yet somehow he concludes that Grayson is a good manager and attacks me for questioning the same things he does.

For the record, I think Josh and Simon are both excellent posters and our forum would experience a real loss if they left us, but a dash of pessimistic realism wouldn't go amiss in both of you. No good getting the first right then messing up the second after being joined 2end place at x mas. It is like playing well for 60 mins then going on to get beat 2-1 that makes you average and not a good manager does it not?
Really good. We were in line for automatic promotion due to Grayson and the players. 7th. Sadly we couldn't acquire experience and leadership in the January window which would guide us to promotion. All it suggests to me is that we weren't funded adequately to promote a promotion-worthy squad. We've spent 1.4m over the last three years. Every other playoff-chasing club has spent at least 5m. It's no wonder we haven't been capable of producing a squad led and organized well enough to seriously push for promotion, is it? Argue with the cold, hard facts if you like, but it's Bates' fault, not Grayson's. Do you agree that Ken Bates is hindering the progress of this club which was once the greatest in the world?
You all so have to consider we was a brand new team that had just come up so no one know how we set up, what tactics we would use and what player would do. At x mas the mid wage stage teams found us out and he could not change it.
