Tricky one this, West Ham in good form of late and Carroll knowing where the net is but I still expect a win, im going 2-0 Van Persie and a Defender from a corner. Need a clean sheet for my Dream Teams aswell
How sweet would that be, poor Wenger it must be a sickner to think him and his teams where the team to challenge Utd but now even struggling for 4th position, guna be a tricky one tomorrow but I still think we will have to much for them.
Should City lose points against Wigan and Spurs we could in theory win the title against Villa (should we beat WH tomorrow)... Yes lets go for the record...My view is that we will probably lose many points once the title is won..
The only record i really care about is the 20th title, infact i would be quite happy to risk our points total on giving some of the youngers players a chance once the Title is secured.
Points records are more Chavski than United. Mind you they'd be devastated if we beat their record as it would be one less thing for them to bang on about as they try to convince everyone that they're relevant.
I watched U21's yesterday Tunnicliff looked really good upfront and scored the only goal, Tom Thorpe is a great young centre back, Nick Powell we know about (if we havnt seen enough of him), but the 2 I want to see more of are Jesse Lingard and Adnan Januzaj, they look like the type of player to get you on the edge of your seat, get the title sewn up and start giving them some game time.
Nah they would just say that it was inevitable due to how much we fund the FA or that the PL is really poor now compared to when the record was set
Nah they would just say that it was inevitable due to how much we fund the FA or that the PL is really poor now compared to when the record was set[/QUOTE] Haha so true
I think the main reason is his form, he has been shocking, just looks like he ain't interested half the time, and he probably knows he won't be here nxt season, I think it's that simple
but even when his form is down, he's normally on the bench. Is he injured or something?...... i know his form's down but having him on the bench is always good for us because he can make a impact of the bench if we're struggling, against Teams who are tight at the back, that's where we need Nani. i still think we should give him another chance, on his day he is one of the best wingers in the league, its just he's inconsistent. to be honest he looked like his form was coming back, in the Real Madrid 2nd leg came, he was brilliant until the red card. I think that knocked down his confident. he's low on confident at the moment. I think selling Nani would be a mistake, who agrees?
