West Ham v Cardiff soon on BBC TV.

Who to want to win..................................... that's a tough one

Can't stand the Hammers and don't give a ****e about a Welsh team, so heres hoping for a cracking 10-10 draw.

Either way, it's a good warm up for the real kick off next week.

West Hams team look very strong. If they don't lose anybody they'll walk to promotion. Upfront the can pick from piqionne, c.cole, j carew, f sears, z hines, f nouble. That's better than some premier league clubs. With Parker Nolan Noble and Matt Taylor in midfield I actually reckon the team would have a decent season in the premier league with big sam at the helm. Cardiff have been decimated, only 2 players still there from last years starting 11. Earnshaw n Miller should get goals but they'll be mid table for me. Top of the league will look summit like.
    West Ham
    Leicester
    Ipswich

    The rest is a lottery.

I've got the 'Ammers on my treble, so i want them to win for that.

I agree that the top 3 will be West Ham, Leicester & Ipswich, Forest will be close as well, Blackpool will do ok, and i fancy Southampton for the final play off spot.

Brighton a good outside bet for a place, BB. Poyet seems to be developing into an astute manager.

Yeah, they'll be close, i just think they are a wee bit short up front at the minute, but they are a club that will get there, and get there pretty soon.

I'm over the moon for them getting the stadium built, the way the local council down there almost ran the club outta business was a scandal, credit to Dick Knight for his graft, and credit the new owner for picking up the baton, Poyet was a super appointment, and the loyalty he showed this summer is a mark of the mans class.

Slight soft spot for Brighton since John Byrne, and because AMEX was a client of mine when i worked in travel, so i used to get sent updates on the stadium etc, and took a keen interest.

Been watching Parker, he ain't got in the game really, but keep an eye on his movement, exceptional, always in space, always near the ball and looking for it.

Stop press Arsenal in for Barton ! heh heh The mags in for Messi then. I hope we get Bellamy probably pay him 50 k aweek with City paying the rest, bring him on in the derby with 15 mins to go and he scores the 95 min winner !, then the roof allmost comes off and he a SAFC legend in his first game, and gets carried around the stadium at full time!
