fantastic match, great penalty shoot out. Find myself extremely jealous watching West Ham fans celebrate. Simply light years from the garbage were involved in
Agreed Ristac and it shows how long a road teams like us in bottom half of championship will have to travel to get close to that standard. And remember that Everton team are a mere three points above the drop zone in the pl
The Premiership is like 3 divisions in one, those 5 or so battling for the top, the mid table Europa league contenders and bottom few. Southampton I guess show that it can be done. The problem all teams like Southampton have is loosing players and constantly rebuilding, the money the top teams have means they come in and take the best players at lucrative over inflated prices.
Agreed ... look at Bony at Swansea, makes an impact and whoosh, he's sold to Citeh ... Saints lost a large chunk of talent in the summer, yet they have IMPROVED under Koeman this season which says a lot ... the biggest problem the Prem faces is that too many clubs aren't bothered about getting into the top six, and they don't turn up against the "big" clubs ... Saints are playing with a belief that they can possibly sneak a top four finish, which is why they took on Scum and beat them ... imagine if ALL the Prem clubs played to win every week
All good points. Remember all the park the bus games last season in the pl. As bad as the scottish league or our championship are, you dont get that drivel
Championship is a great league. Genuinely think its the most exciting in the world, a bitch to be in though.
