Good day Millwall It's been another bloody hot day here and the ice cold Leo is going down very, very well tonight Something that has been on my mind for a little while and now I feel brave enough to ask........................ West Ham are 100% hated by 'Wall' but just how far behind are Chelsea on the scale of things? and why is there a difference?
Not to far behind Thai can't stand Chelsea either but the vermin I hate more I spose it stems back years and tears of rivalry past on from me grandad to me old man now myself teaching my son the same as I have been taught they are the enemy and hopefully my son will pass it down the family tree Millwall till we die
Wrong Thai.....wet sham are 150% hated by the wall. Goes back to the days on the docks many generations ago. Personally couldn't give a toss about chelsea. Who do you hate more....Ipswich or Ipswich????
Thai it goes back to the docker days in the late 1800's when the Millwall side of the docks used to race the Shammer side to build boats which was only friendly rivalry at the time until the Shammer side wanted to come out on strike in the general strike but the Millwall side didn't and so the hatred was born, there's bound to be more to it than that but that's the general crux of it. This is why we will always hate the Shammers more than anyone else and even with Crippled Alice its simply geographical as were both south London but with Wet Sham its tribal due to the history behind our hatred. I respect any other Shammer fan as a real fan if they are and know the history between us but if they simply give it just because we hate each other without knowing the reasons why behind it then I can't be ****ing bothered with them and they can jog on.
I should blog that to Gideon soppy bollocks Rachman to show him were not all uneducated, illiterate, thick **** thugs just because were Millwall fans!
Thing is the muppets that cause all the problems don't know the rivalry and would try and start a fight if they caught their reflection in the mirror

Thanks for that Steve I knew the rivalry went back decades but never knew the reasons, I always thought it was a geographical thing like a lot of rivalries tend to be.
ok, I'll accept 150% Who do you hate more....Ipswich or Ipswich???? That'll be Ipswich then enough hatred to keep the country bumpkins going for many more years but I do not think the hatred is anywhere near as intense as yours with your East London rivals. We also hate Wolves. This comes about after an incident some years ago where outside Moleneux some Wolves thugs took it upon themselves to beat up old men, women and children!
Mick I had a feeling there was more to it than what I have read before and there is. Interesting to know we did actually come out on strike but broke it pissing the shammer side off as well as the gang warfare and always thought the Krays were the worst gang having only ever read and heard about them but our boys the Richardson's were far worse.
