West Ham are taking inspiration from both Norwich and Swansea despite the fact that they haven't got promoted and may still not get promoted. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17980660 The Norwich and Swansea stories are about unknown players playing for an unfashionable club that had previously hit hard times. This is completely different to West Ham who were in the Premier League last season, everybody expected them to go straight back up winning the Championship with their over rated, past it, expensive players earning too much money. If they really want to follow our example they need to get rid of players like Cole and Nolan and get in some players who deserve to be playing in a higher league. All in all I would quite like them to stay down.
