I have a massive Hammers fan as well as a mate and he will be devastated by this. He reckons there are NO West Ham fans that want this at all. They are not against a new stadium but this one will kill any atmosphere that the Boleyn Ground currently has. Sitting that far from the pitch isnt a good idea at all. I can see some huge protests at the Hammers not so happy home pretty soon.

seriously, I don't know if the rent has been made public knowledge but if that other hook at Orient thinks he could afford it...it must be brass buttons..
