http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18995674 "The fresh offer would see Carroll initially move on loan with a commitment to buy the 23-year-old next summer in a deal worth more than £15m." Thoughts? seems like not enough to me, and Carroll has said he's not considering West Ham. Would still rather he stayed.
Would be an awful deal for Liverpool- if they do take up the option to buy him it will because he has had a good season, and that should inflate his price. £15m is close to his current market value.
Did we not already say that Carroll wont be loaned out? And that if we were to sell, its £20mil or **** off. Their bid has no legs, Fat Sam just trying to be a big man.
Carroll has already let it be known he will not move to West ham so don't know why their bothering. We will also not let him leave on loan.
Fat Sam is a waste of spunk. His dad could have ****ed onto a pot and got twenty notes, but is stuck with that fat twat instead. Pay money now or **** off.
guys all you need think about IMO is gold and sullivan... precisely what have these guys done to make people think they would pay anything for a player? IMO its all big talk.
Whilst I'm fine with bashing Allardyce normally, I think this is a bit harsh. I'm not sure he was even involved in this; it has all the hallmarks of Gold & Sullivan.
no wonder carroll has already blown west ham out cos all he'd have to look forward to would be trying to get flick ons and headers from corners. you don't want fat twat as your boss if you've got anything about you!
nah allabout gold and sullivan as stated above.... these clowns only went for west ham to get their hands on the olympic stadium... they'll talk themselves up but buy nobody then sell the club on. Brum had actual arrests o nthier staff when they ruled the roost. how the hell did they pass any owner tests... west ham fans got a raw deal there...
It's not laughable. In reality he isn't worth more than 15. It's only an issue because so badly over spent on him. 18 and i'd accept it didn't work out and move on. As others have said this may make Newcastle reveal their hand.
I'd rather he went to West Ham than Newcastle but for no less than £22m. Can't see either paying that much (ignore the issue of whether I want him to stay or go)
