I loved it! Only a prize p***k could come up with a speech like that. I liked the bit about "creative football" being "brought over here by foreigners, and I'll have no part of it". Sam, you drongo, are you too young to remeber what Hungary did to us (the Poms) in the early fifties? Seven/one, then six/three. The first time England had been beaten at Wembly for fifty years. Those foriegners and their creative football changed our code forever, and for the better. Maybe if today's players had a bit more football savvy and a bit less money (and there were more English players in the league) we might get back up there.
