West ham kept their 5th clean sheet on the spin while they mostly dominated their last pre-season friendly against La Liga opposition, with Matt Taylor and Freddie Sears getting the goals. A strong line-up consisted of Green; O'Brien(who signed today), Tomkins, Reid, Samuel; Faubert, Noble, Parker, Nolan, Taylor; Piquionne .
MOTM was Noble with Taylor just behind. Cole and Barrera also featured.
Sam Allardyce left at half time to go on a scouting mission somewhere in Europe, and David Gold said that we are close to signing a striker.

Nice to hear that Barrera managed to create for the 2nd.

What do you guy's think of the Joey O'Brien signing?,people say he's hardworking
but I cannot remember him playing for Bolton, really surprised to hear he is only 25!

    Hello hammers, canary in peace!

Just wonderd what your thoughts were on your opposition yesterday? We have them wednesday at CR and was wondering if it will be a stern test for us and a step up from our last 3 friendlies??

They were pretty poor tbh,but should still be a good test against a different style of football.

    Good luck for next season<ok>
