I don't think WBA are going to be a push over. Sessegnon and Amalfitano are their dangerous players and they've just beaten Utd at OT so they will be going into this game with full confidence. The trouble for them is that so are we and we are on fire at the moment, but I still think it will be a close game.
Our away form is peerless at the moment so I think we should win this game. However it will be very very tough. We'll need to be at our best to get something from the game.
Yup! I have not seen a better performance from an arsenal team in so long. Devastating in the first half and efficient in the 2nd half. Think gnabry wont play bar injuries bar cc games.
Oh I just read that Cazorla won't make it after all Sagna is also now a doubt with a small hamstring injury. Bad news.
West Brom are a counter-attacking team. It really is their best (and very close to only) tactic. In the past we would be (very) susceptible to that, and I would be very, very worried. However, we have shown a real maturity in our approach lately and I think that although there are chances that this will be a 0-0 draw, we might just edge it by a single goal.
Rosicky is still the man and a great guy to have in midfield. He is one of the most composed in midfield and keeps the ball very well. I rarely see him lose possession. It'll be good to see him back but it could be hard with so many midfielders available, most of which are on form.
I had a dream last night that Ramsey scored with his right foot, bottom left hand corner of the goal. This could mean one of two things: 1. I am truly a prognosticator. 2. I'm sexually depraved (which will come as no surprise to anyone who knows me).
West Brom have 11 players listed as 'injured' although 6 of those are expected to return on Sunday!!!!! 3 will have late fitness tests - Anichebe, Morrison and Long.
no offence but i personally saw him give the ball four times directly to Napoli players just a few days ago . We will beat West Brom if we play the way we have been . ie NOT pushing too far forward in numbers that we cant defend their counters . This seems to be one aspect that we have REALLY improved on .
Yep, Rosicky did give away sloppy passes against Napoli, so he was still pretty rusty. Probably better to bring him on as a sub if we are cruising.
Right Now! He offers more as a player than Wilshere so he gets the nod for me (nice choice to have to make) - he is a better passer, dribbler and a better tackler. If one of them has to play of the wing rather Rosicky than JW. I see no reason to change the team bar Jenkinson for Sagna. But will see.
