I don't know where the other thread went but here's a new one! Should be a cracking game this with two teams that have started the season very well indeed. I'm going to the Hawthorns tomorrow and I can't wait. The atmosphere is always very good at the Hawthorns as their fans really get behind their team... add to that some of the best away fans in the country and two fantastic teams and you have yourself a potentially thrilling game. They possess much threat going forward with Long and Odemwingie and our defence will have to be on guard.

I'm going for a 3-2 win to Chelsea. Will be a great game but I feel we may just have the edge.

Yeh this is the away game that I don't miss! Always a good day out! Can't wait!

I have a good feeling as well. They are doing very well especially at home but we are doing well so the road so it all points to being a great game. If our defence are on form and our 'three musketeers' all play well then we have a good chance. I wonder who RDM will play up front?

Not unless Torres realises that a striker has to score goals.

Difficult call. Torres is just not doing it with our set up,and personally don't think Sturridge is worth 2 bob, selfish but with no spatial awareness. Doesn't seem to have the natural ability to anticipate where the midfielders want him to make his runs.
Until we get someone sorted I'd play Hazard, especially if Marin is ever fit to play. This not the game to experiment, but we can't go on missing chances like Torres does.
So I guess we'll start with Torres.

Bucks,-If your forecast of 2-3 turns out to be right I'll be dancing in the buff in the club tomorrow night! I dont do predictions, so I'll stay mum, but just remember our old boy Steve Clarke is working magic at the Hawthorns! Lets just hope he has an off day!

1-1 I think. Strange decision to drop Mata regardless of our fixture on Tuesday, it's clear how important he is.

Come on, you're supposed to beat WBA. At least do us a favour.

They're quality and very hard to beat plus they're on 20 points. Was never going to be easy!

*finds the Chelsea remote control. Presses pause off on Torres and turns the volume down on Sturridge. Points it at Lius, nothing happens, presses harder, nothing happens, shakes remote, batteries fall out*

Don't even think we played badly, West Brom were just brilliantly set up and knew exactly how to handle us.

We need a goal scorer, no doubt about it.

One reason for that mate - LUIZ. Cahill/Ivan and Terry should be our first choice pairing.

As for Marin, I don't have a clue wtf is going on there.

I've always held back my thoughts on Luiz because I didn't get to watch that many full games from him, and thought there must be at least some substance to all the hype. But now that i have seen him in a higher sample of games, why is he so over-hyped? Why do people keep going on about him being one of the upcoming world class defenders?

Every game I've seen him he's been a major liability. He is the exact opposite of the type of defenders that made Chelsea one of the most hard to break defenses in Europe in the last decade (pre-AVB).

It's like he has the worst bits of Puyol, Vermaelen and Andre Santos rolled into one.

He's devil or angel, never Mr Inbetween I'm sorry to say! He's one hell of a better player when he partners JT!

Can't agree on Moses. Thought he and Azpi had some good play on the right. The only bright spot really.
Bit harsh on Sturridge too,he's hardly playing so how is he supposed to get in a groove with the players around him.

All the way to WBA for that! Oh well... a great day out and onwards and upwards. Looking forward to West Ham away now! We do need a striker though. And a big shout out to our fans who were brilliant
