If only http://www.birminghammail.net/birmi...-ticket-prices-for-new-season-97319-30729233/ West Brom have slashed season ticket prices for next season. The Baggies have reduced prices in all sections of the stadium, also introducing a new direct debit option to ease the financial burden on supporters. Part of the revamping of the pricing structure is to entice new supporters, with The Hawthornsâ capacity due to be extended in the coming years once the club have been given the go-ahead to rebuild the West Stand. The only downside from Albion's point of view will be a loss of income in the short term period. Adults prices have been reduced across the board by £50, with the cheapest starting at £349. Albion have also restructured the age categories - with the Junior bracket extended from under-16s to under-17s, with prices starting at £99. The Young Adult age range has been extended from under-18s to under-21s, with those prices reduced by up to £70, starting at £199. The same prices apply to students. The Baggies hope it will lead to an increase in season-ticket holders. Albion have just under 19,000 season-ticket holders this season, a slight increase on last seasonâs figure. This seasonâs prices for Seniors have been frozen for 2012/13, starting from £269. All of the prices are available to existing season ticket holders and new applicants if purchased online before June 1. They include a discount of up to £10 compared to applications made in person, over the phone or by post. The club will not charge a booking fee for season-ticket applications.
