Not quite so illustrious, but a shot of us (notably bo myhill) v Chelsea is on the shortlist for the best photograph in 20 years of the premier league. My personal favourites are the Schwarzer shot and Gerrards but of course hope ours wins for a bit of publicity http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17849425
I thought that. "fans" of his wearing black and amber, so happy, on the day we went down. Not impressed with that one, not one bit.
That image of Gerrard is the worst moment in Hull City's history. Yes worse than giving Bratfud the South Stand at BP, yes worse than David Lloyd locking us out of our own stadium, worse than losing 1-0 to runaway bottom of the league side Doncaster and wose than any game where Tony Brien took to the pitch. It sickens me.
Not a fan of that Gerrard photo either, the final game of our relegation season and he's being mobbed by Tigers 'fans'. If he's playing for England I could understand it, but as he's playing for his club there's no need for the hero worship. The Reina photo for the beachball goal should win it imo.
Good job there wasn't any pics of the twats in the crowd that wore half City and half Liverpool kits. Unfortunately, there were plenty of kids in the home ends in red, & not in our colours, that day. Just proof our stewards don't know what they're doing.
That was a devastating day. To realise the extent of how many of our fanbase really support a top 4 club was the most depressing that season Like when that lass with the miniskirt tried to flash her gash at Dirk Kuyt in the dugout the same day No club in recent years has had so many plastic fans as we have It guts me to say it believe you me
I think we all know where that Chelsea shot ends up! It's the one Drogba lobbed Bo with from the byline in the final minute or so of the first game of our relegation season... It was an amazing goal unfortunately. I miss giving Chelsea a good run for their money. We usually gave them a good game! I remember when ***an blew a one on one with Cech at the bridge in our first prem season. It was during our terrible run and we should've beaten Chelsea 1-0 at the bridge.
I remember that Chelsea 0-0, we dominated for large parts of the game and missed a lot, Big Phil Scolari got sacked after and Matt Duke made a few good saves.
