M'vila, Cazorla and perhaps a backup GK. Cazorla can also play as a striker (so I have heard, I don't know if it's true).

I was listening to Talksport in bed last night(it's either that or 5 live) and they had a "journalist" from the Sun "newspaper" on.This fellah is on the tour with AFC and he reckons that Wenger has a transfer budget of £40 million and that's before any money received from transfers out.This journalist went on to say that he believes all that money will be spent

Wenger says the exact same thing every transfer window. I think there'll be 2 more signings, one of them we won't have heard of
10 is Podolski's number. When it wasn't available, I think he doubled it to 20, but then went back to 10 as soon as he could. I'd say he was definitely hopeful about getting RvPs number.
Why does park have the number 9? I'd give that to Cazorla if he comes in. Not sure why Giroud didn't get it though.
I really hope we can get rid of 3-4 Players First - Hopefully Bendtner, Chamackh, Squillachi, Park. Seriously why are these muppets still at the club? As for Players being signed i'd Love for us to bring in M'Vila, Cazola, and perhaps 1 more Striker.
They're trying just dont want to let them go cheap. It's a tough situation because clubs know we want rid of them so they try to get a bargain.
If we added Carzola, M'Vila and kept RVP - I believe we could win the league. This begs the question will RVP want to leave if we add another 1-2 more top players to the squad?
If we buy those players and keep RVP, he may be convinced to stay if we start the season incredibly well, but at what cost? Everyone knows he's not loyal to the club anymore. I suppose it could work out, but personally, I expect to hear about him being sold in the next couple of weeks.
He's made it clear he wants to win trophies easy, with teams who don't even need him, not work for trophies... So, no he won't reconsider. We might keep him regardless though. Sent from a mobile device.
