...so no new strikers coming in. I think bar a cm/dm no more signing.

    Happy or not?

Personally I would prefer to shift Bendtner and Chamack and use the proceeds along with RVP funds and go for a big name striker.

    Enough with strikers. . .. . we need a plan B, C for Song.

I should have specified I meant a player who can play 3 of the 4 forward positions i.e 3 of lwf, rwf, cam, str

Higuain or Benzema (push), LLorente (do-able), Huntelaar (do-able) are some strikers - we could go for gotze (push), lavezzi (do-able), Cavani (push on money but I think we would play for us), Hulk (same as cavani), Bastos (do-able), or buy someone younger but a talent abel hernandez kid at palermo, Neymar (Real Push). But I want the club to start chasing big targets let try and make a statement as well as getting a world class player/potential - I want us to rock the boat.

To Nairobian Gooner - I hope Sahin is that answer. Don't get me wrong I am very happy with our purchases so far apart from losing RVp we have bought very well. But I want us to get Sahin and buy one quality attacker. We have been slowly bleeding for a while yet staying constant - Lets make RVP leaving the Catalyst for a major shift rather than as an excuse/reason for the bleeding to continue. This also involves getting Walcott to sign a new contract and for once telling Barca (song - if rumors are to be believed) - F**K You and F**K off

I'd like to see us buy another striker, but it looks like Wenger has ruled it out. Even without RVP, we're still stronger in that position that last season.

I think we'll spend the money on a defensive player, which to be honest is where it's needed.

Apparently miralles is waiting for arsenal and he plays on the wings in a front 3 so we'll see what happens there.

I think Giroud is a direct replacement for Van Persie, but we may see a significant improvement on Bendtner when we sell him
If we sell song I can see us getting Sahin, and no-one else, as we will have Wilshere/Diaby coming back, as well as le coq and frimpong in the wings. Not saying I approve of this, but it's probably a gamble that Arsene is happy to take (midfield 3 of Diaby, Arteta and Cazorla)
I also imagine that we'll sign a defender, probably an all rounder.

We really need a DM if we sell Song. I think even Wenger would recognise that.
