    ALLOCATION

    Bristol City FC has been allocated 39,000 tickets in the east side of the stadium. Tickets will be sold from the North Stand round to the South Stand, although there will be dedicated singing and family sections.

    City have won the toss and will don their famous red and white colours, with Walsall in their change black and yellow strip.

    Tickets for this match will be sold through Ticketmaster via phone and online only. Ticketmaster are world leaders in the ticketing industry and will ensure a seamless sales process for supporters.

    The Football League has set six different price categories across the stadium, ranging from £20 to £60 for adults, £10 to £30 for senior citizens (65+) and juniors (Aged 16 and under). See the seating plan right, click here for a larger version.

    There is a Family Section in the rear of Blocks 105, 106, 107 & 108 (approximately 1,000 tickets). No single adults or groups of adults will be allowed to purchase in this area.

    There is a Singing Section in Blocks 111, 112 and 113.

    Disabled, wheelchair users and visually-impaired supporters can purchase tickets direct from Bristol City FC on 0117 963 0600 during the relevant priority period. Prices will be charged in line with the appropriate category. (Note headsets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance and can be pre-booked by e-mailing [email protected]).

    SALES PROCEDURE

    Priority One
    From Monday, February 16th at 8am
    Season ticket holders can purchase a maximum of FOUR tickets each.

    Priority Two
    From Monday, February 23rd at 8am
    Forever Bristol members (including Bristol Rugby and Bristol Flyers season ticket holders) and Lansdown Club members can purchase a maximum of TWO tickets each.

    Priority Three
    From Monday, March 2nd at 8am
    Any remaining tickets will go on general sale, with a maximum purchase of nine tickets per transaction.

    HOW TO BUY

    Phone: A dedicated phone number - 0844 453 9015 - will be open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri; 8am-6pm Sat & Sun. Calls cost 5p per minute from a BT landline, mobiles may vary. Please do not ring this number before sales begin on February 16th.

    Online: A dedicated website URL - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolcityjpt/default.aspx - is available 24/7 during the sales period. The full website will be accessible from 8am on Monday and there will be a requirement for fans to “activate” their season ticket soon - view a step-by-step guide of how to do this can be found here.

    To purchase during the priority periods, City season ticket holders and members will need to quote their unique ‘Customer Reference’ numbers. To find out how to discover your Customer Reference number, click here.

    For season ticket holders wishing to purchase tickets in a group and sit together, they must provide the relevant number of Customer Reference numbers for each season ticket holder in order to fulfil the booking (eg if three season ticket holder customer reference numbers are quoted then they can purchase up to 12 tickets in that transaction and therefore sit together).

    COACH TRAVEL

    The club will be running coaches to Wembley Stadium, with seats priced £30. Departure time from Bristol will be 10am. These can be purchased from Ticketmaster.

    CAR PARKING

    Parking for supporters and coaches can be purchased via wembleyofficialparking.com or 0208 900 2405. Coach parking is charged at £65 per coach and car parking is charged £30 per car.

    There will be a £2 fee (plus VAT) per match ticket and £1 fee (plus VAT) per coach ticket. A delivery fee of £2.40 (standard post) will be charged per booking.
