    They really don't want it. They get massive subsidies being in the UK and are quite happy being proud of being Welsh within the UK. they don't like Westminster or the Tories - or dare I say it the English any more than the Scots but they just get on with life and don't seem to keep blaming others. :)

    I doubt you'd end up with a safe/sturdy enough structure that way. The only way to do a proper job would be for Cameron to renounce his idea of quitting the EU. Then set the Poles to work...
