I have been waiting to see who would be the first one to crack and ask this very question today. Now I have to say I was betting on plymborn and had Reid-all-about-it as an each way chance. You've been and spoilt it now pilgrimoxford.(only kidding). Hands up all those who even thought today stood a chance of being announcement day.............. Come on, there must be one gullable person out there. Actually there are about 7000 of us at the moment but in a different context.

It is obvious that the potential buyers do not want anyone to know who they are - period. Hopefully the FA will insist they reveal themselves in due course.

Surely the F A will need to know if we have an owner before the fixtures are out? What if we are still in this situation come the start of the season. Will be start with a deduction?
We were deducted points last season because of the board now the new ones could start the same. No other club but ours could have done it this way. Upwards all the way now.

You can get into trouble for revealing yourself..............maybe they are a little shy.

They signed a fortnight after Guilfoyle...........so the 14th plus a fortnight.

You didn't take note sensiblegreeny I have been saying the END OF THE MONTH for awhile.

Not into kicking Ridsdale for things he can't control already are we ?

Guilfoyle at present is the frontline man........and he aint able to control when they reveal themselves ...........please I don't want any ..... you can get arrested for doing that jokes please ......I've already done that one.

The question is how far can they push it with the Football League.........before they reveal themselves........oh dear I've said it again.

I'm not convinced this Irish offer will ever come to fruition. The thing is built entirely on property development and not football. I think we have to accept that the new Argyle is going to have live within its means as nobody is going to pump money in like a Russian oiligarch (subtle pun). However, we do need some 'seed capital' to allow us to make a signing or two. That would suggest someone putting in a couple of million to sort out the unpaid wages etc. so we can start on an even keel. I would love someone with ambition - in the football arena - to take us over but the salary cap will apply to all in any event. We need the best players we can afford but so does every other team. It appears to be harder to attract people to Plymouth than some Northern hell-hole so Peter Reid will have hiw work cut out.

I agree Westernmac, we will never be a club with money thrown at it. However I hope Brent will still be there if this falls through. He seemed to have the right suggestions.

It was never set in stone, end of the month if at all.

They might go belly up yet,too much secrecy for my liking.
