Thanks. I've seen worse match coverage on national TV.

Cheers AHLL. I didn't realise what a good leap it was by Morrison for his goal. When Mike T sees this player he will surely be able to get over Big Mig.

Big Mig will always have a place in my heart.
I see alot of fans have said how steady Doherty was yesterday..not to put a dampner on it BUT it was Welling he was playing I`m sure he could still do a good job at that level.

Was a nice exchange prior to the match with some fans and Elliott. Was good to be so close to the action and the warm up. Seeing Roberts warming up the keepers made me realise how pants Woodman was. He just seemed to cross loads of high balls into the box for half an hour. Seems a real camararderie between the 4 keepers, even if Pope got some stick for his Bieber hairstyle. Sullivan was particulalry encouraging to Elliott. Just before the game started some shouted out, 'Hey, Rob...who's our number 8?' Elliott turned round, shrugged his shoulders and mouthed 'F**k knows, never seen him before'.
On another note who was the minutes' silence for?

Of course...poor lad. Should have realised that.
I saw the bunch givng him jip. He seems to take it well, if a little coyly. Seems, understandably, that he can't quite believe how his career has changed in the past few months. Both Gough and Pope dwarf Elliott and Sullivan.

    So Elliot didn't recognise Stephens?

Right about Woodman another pardew gem, who has now mercifully followed him to Newcastle.

I think Elliott was playing along with the crowd. Did raise a chuckle or two.

I think we have to refer to him as 'Charlton veteran' Elliott now... he must be up there with Waggy in the longest serving members of the club!!
