In the Mercury today is an interview with Richie Wellens and he said after the Peterborough defeat he thought the play offs was over. He said after the game some of the player had a go at other players and demanded more from players to contribute to the team. After that game alot was said about Jermaine Beckford and he is probably the main player Wellens is talking about. I remember some time ago Nugent gave an interview where he said Beckford's work rate isnt good enough but its getting better. So its not just the manager and the fans who see the problems its also the players. Hopefully now after the players have had their say the players pull together more as a team and we stick a run together now. Here is the comments
I think the pressure of trying to get to the playoffs was lifted too. But there is a small chance so with low expectation they've got nothing to lose so it's all or nothing in the next few games.
This sounds like BS to me...just realised at the death "they need to talk things over"...give me a break....they are not trapist monks...fooking hell.
