Well, that's Annual Turkey Day over for another year...

...I ate too much, drank to much, didny ****e on anything.

All in all I'd say that it was a success.

The meat is damn tasty though, just like duck, fatty but tasty. We sure do love our tatties. They are a working man's food and are great boiled, steamed, roasted, baked or any of a myriad of ways.
