Was expecting a much tougher game than that but wasn't to be. Oscar was horrific but to be fair started in both games. Mata was below par, thought Ramires and Mikel were excellent. Pleased to be in the Semi's anyway. We struggled to break United down as they were intent on playing Catenaccio

I must have been watching a different game, because I thought Ramires was absolutely awful. Couldn't pass to save his life. Lucky for him, Nani stopped him being the worst player on the pitch.

He was poor in 1st half (but then so was everybody) but both were good defensively 2nd half. Too often we players purely on the attacking side of the game

Dont get me wrong i though Mikel was great too (though I love the guy so much he can do no wrong in my eye's lol), just thought Ramires was poor. To be honest, I really don't think Ramires is as good as people make out. Apart from his pace and the occassional finish, he really doesn't have a lot to offer. He can't pass, can't dribble, can't control the ball and is suspect in defense. I don't know whether he actually is Brazilian.....

  6. So, do you guys think that Coco will continue to sacrifice EPL games for cup glory? That was certainly a far stronger performance than the one you put in against Saints.

I was shouting for Oscar to be subbed halfway through the 1st half.

not easy. I thought we struggled to kill the game off and were lucky not to have it brought to extra time. Killing games off. That's what we've been lacking this season - we'd be comfortably second in the table if we had closed out games in which we have been ahead.

I thought we were ****, especially the first half, but fortunately they were worse. I didn't really understand their game plan, it seemed they were playing for a draw and i was shocked to see both Rooney (i know he had a slight knock) and RVP on the bench. Cleverley on the left aswell, what's that about?

Anyway, will be a much more difficult game against City and if we play like we did Monday we'll get stuffed.

I wonder if you were saying the same thing after parking the bus against Barca and Bayern last year?
