Officials. ****ing useless, both at city and on tv in the utd game. Radical solution, let's get rid of the useless bastards!
Hilarious to see Man U at home portraying themselves as hard done to victims. They keep telling everyone they're the biggest club in the world.
Great idea, lets play the game without officials. Have you ever tried reffing a game? I used to ref sunday league and that was difficult enough.
Why is it not once on the ITV end of game highlights when discussing the ref have they mentioned the handball by Raphael that would've been a pen and a red card OR that RVP was offside for Utd's goal? Amazing bias from both TV and seemingly some on here.
Im quite proud of it. I haven't watched a Premier League game for 2 seasons, including highlights. If I was going to get something wrong Im chuffed to bits it was this! And the name error notwithstanding, the fact remains. Seriously, why weren't these 2 errors in Utd's favour drooled over by the media?
I wasn't bothered who went through tonight but the referee got the red card wrong and ruined the game. As a result it should be remembered accordingly.
Just thought I'd be a picky **** to you like you are to everyone else. You look a bit silly lecturing people for a lack of knowledge on Italian-based players if you don't even know the domestic one's. In answer to your point, Nani's red killed the game and completely altered the outcome. If Rafael had been sent off, nothing would have changed. On that basis, Nani's was the far more influential & noteworthy event.
But that's my point in a nutshell - I think it was the right decision and the key errors made in Utd's favour don't get a mention.
why do I look silly? I don't support a Premier League team and don't watch Premier League football, either live or highlights packages. I honestly haven't seen a single Premier League goal this season. I make a point of not knowing about domestic top flight football and have done since we were relegated.
Despite what I said earlier, my bad mood has been improved somewhat by Man U going out of the Champions' League. Them losing was the next best thing I could hope for after Fergie dying on the touchline.
