I know that it was only the first round of the league Cup but I think our travelling support was really good considering it was a mid-week game & the distance involved to all those who made the long trek there ! When you look at the attendances, SOME of our so called rivals could muster & playing at home.... need I say more Was also good to see Vardy & Marsh(two more of Nigel's astute signings) get on the score sheet, not to mention the comfortable away win, again where as SOME of our fancied rivals,either struggled to win or lost at home...... Thoughts ?
Its the first chance to see some of the new players in a competitive fixture, not surprised that people made the trip, but nice to see a good turnout
