I personally never used to mind Chelsea to much, and had they done things the proper way I'd of had admiration for them, but the way they became a top side was through buying there way to the top, rather than earning there way there. That's why I personally will always have a lot more admiration for Arsenal, as they've always done things the proper way. Fair enough to Chelsea for there recent success but don't expect to get the same level of respect, to a team that hasn't had to buy there way to the top:biggrin:

And by proper way do you mean invest heavily into training grounds, youth, team players and staff? You seem to be completely ignorant if the way United spent the most amount of money on big players year after year all through the 90's but that was allowed and considered the proper way for you. You're an idiot.

Better add Man Utd, City, Barca, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Monaco to your list.

Hmmm.....proper way you say? Try reading about Arsenal's manager Herbert Chapman in the 30's and the Corinthian methods he used to win the league 5 times including use of illegal payments to induce players to sign for them. Peace of advise: be careful when you start preaching from the pulpit.

Yes but still if a players get injured, Chelsea would spend £20m on a player rather than use a youth player.

Whats the point in investing in the youth team if you wont select them?

or in Pool's case yesterday - Suarez, Studge, Johnson, Hendo, Allen, Skrtel, Agger, Sterling, Mignolet - 9 out of 11 are BOUGHT!!

and they didn't cost pennies, but millions of pounds as well.
