From a toon fan, well done.

We were shocking 2nd half, and most of us can't believe what we are seeing. We should be much better than this, but we weren't.

We were the better side first half, but you threatened well and could have scored 5/6 goals.

You defended very well and deserved your 3pts. Enjoy your season.

Thanks for that mate, if we took our chances at the right times it could have been an unbeleivable game for us , im totally suprised at your team today, i was praying for a point before the match but would have been devasted if you had equalised at the end. I know you were missing players but i think we deserved 3pts overall, good luck with the rest of the season, hope senegal invoke the 5 day rule next time we play you !! (shocking decision that by the way) <cheers>

Aye well done lads, good game plan and defended well. I thought we had enough chances to take something from it to be honest but still a quality away performance.

Yeah you looked very accomplished yesterday. Similar style to under Rodgers but you've stopped making the "the passes for passing sake" if that make sense and due to that you can counter quicker and play at a slightly higher tempo. Big fan of Michu by the way, must be worth 10 million already!

actually sir bobby what you have mentioned about passing for passings sake is what Laudrup himself mentioned, his way of thinking is that posession is important but scoring goals is more important!!

It puts a bit more pressure on our defence but i think when Laudrup refines it more we will start to get clean sheets as well as being more incisive up front. Rodgers would have approached this game with the plan of keeping the ball away from you for 90mins, that means making risky passes in the final 3rd would then be at a minimum and that would make your defence more confident to venture forward.

Laudrup is looking good for us and his signings have all been very good, having 4 first choice players out and coming away with the points at Newcastle is a fantastic result for us,hope we take it into the Liverpool game. <cheers>

    Cheers lads <ok>
We do seem to have more to our game under Laudrup, and our counter attacks are deadly.
Didn't expect much at St James's so landed with 3 points, next week is the one we all want though :D
