Maybe i should give Ainsworth more time and if i'm wrong about him i will hold my hands up and say what the hell do i know.Such a relief to get a win and for once i can watch thr football league show without cringing.Well done Wycombe!
we looked brilliant today, delighted to see the win again!!! scowen was a class above yet again, what a move from gaz to bring him back
The players gave everything today. The quality wasn't always there but the desire and work rate was back and every one put in a shift. If Ainsworth can keep them playing at that level then I would be happy with him in charge for the rest of the season. He was brilliant today, as a player, a manager and a cheer leader. Everyone responded to him, he's a top man. Clem from the football league show was there doing a feature on him, looking forward to seeing that.
Yes was there and was proud to see a great performance. There are still a lot of problems but during the second half you could see the belief in the players return!
Congrats to GA and the boys. All you can ask for is commitment and desire And we showed it by the bucketload today. Shame GA is just that bit too old to last the full 90 as his skill gives us that edge. Even Morgan puta shift in when he came on and his perfectly place chip / cross for Scowen to score was a pleasure to watch. Sadly Spring still looks so out of sorts. One on one with the keeper and he passes the ball to the opposing defender! He was the one player I was excited about from our summer signings

The confidence will come by just playing as they are. I can't help wondering as to whether these players have been over coached from a technical point of view and Gaz is trying to get them to play normally and with some passion?
Excellent result today, guys - onwards and upwards! Has Ainsworth thrown his hat in the ring yet, or are the club looking at him very much as a stop-gap?
Cannot believe you guys are even near the drop zone. Although let us not forget, when the Gills came down from L1, that was exactly their position if memory serves me correctly. Then we bounced back to just miss out on the play-offs on GD
Great win first win for Gaz and the squad. Wouldnt it be fantastic if we didnt need to worry about getting another manager....you heard it here first!
Best performance I've seen from a Wycombe team for years all the players desrve credit but special praise go to Gaz, manager, player, cheer leader and rock star he's got the lot Oh Gareth Ainsworth etc

Sounds like the fight and desire is back. Well done the Lads and well done Gaz Ainzworth. I didn't think the squad was too bad. I feel sorry for Waddock as his style of management may be a bit more laid back and with so many injuries during the first month he seemed to find it hard to motivate the players. Motivation is in bucket loads with Gaz, it certainly seems to rub off on the players.
Looks as though it could be time for me to change my mind about ainsworth getting the managers job full time.I wsa worried about his inexperience but it seems he's got all the team playing well and that even included Winfield last night so well done!!
