We're along way from forcing a team as good as Liverpool onto the back foot for 30mins IMO. I was really impressed by Swansea. They were unlucky not to win, could have been a long way back in Sturridge had put that header away though.

They did look good, but really it shows how tough the league can be. 4 points from 4 games for a team who looks like it should be top ten!

Yes Temple I agree it is a tough league and all points need to be earned so you have got 5 valuable points in the bag but it could easily have been less than that in a couple of the games you have played so well done on securing the points as its given you a platform to build from.

From what I have seen of your games so far however you need to start taking the game to sides especially at home. The Swans v Liverpool was a good example as for a relatively short spell in the 1st half we sat off them and they looked really good. For the last part of the 1st half and nearly all the 2nd we stepped up our game and put them under lots of pressure. I am sure your home form will see you through (apart from early November :) ) There looks to be at least 3 other sides than CC destined to fight out the bottom positions this season.

An open game with quite a few mistakes from both sides. Good performance from the Swans though.
